No. You pay once for a fixed access period. Nothing renews automatically.
How quickly do I get access?
Straight away when you pay through Stripe. If you pay by PayNow transfer instead, we verify it within 1 to 2 hours during business hours.

How do I pay?
Through Stripe, or by PayNow transfer to our UEN. When you pay through Stripe, your bank app may show our payment provider's name, Stripe, rather than ours.

What does the Pass Guarantee cover?
If you fail the exam, we extend your access: one more month for each failed module on a bundle (up to 2 modules), or 2 more weeks on a single module, added after your current access ends. To activate the extension, email your official result slip from SCI or IBF to admin@stellanexus.sg.
