1. Ownership of Content

1.1 All content made available through the Service — including study notes, chapter summaries, exam-trap commentary, question banks, mock-examination compilations, explanations, Chinese translations, weighting logic, scoring algorithms, platform software, user-interface design, branding, and design elements (collectively, the "Content") — is the property of Stella Nexus Pte Ltd or its licensors.

1.2 The Content is protected under the Singapore Copyright Act 2021, the Trade Marks Act 1998, and applicable international treaties.

1.3 Certain underlying examination materials, including verbatim questions and references to textbook content, are reproduced from their respective copyright holders (including the Singapore College of Insurance and named publishers). We make no claim of ownership over such third-party materials. However, the compilation, selection, arrangement, commentary, and translation of that material are our exclusive intellectual property.

2. Your Licence

2.1 Subject to your compliance with our Terms and Conditions and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the Content solely for your own individual study, for the duration of your active subscription.

2.2 This licence is tied to a single individual. Accounts and access credentials must not be shared, sold, sublicensed, or transferred.

3. Prohibited Uses

3.1 You must not, and must not permit any third party to:

(a) reproduce, copy, redistribute, publish, transmit, sell, or otherwise make the Content available to any third party, in whole or in part;

(b) create derivative works from the Content;

(c) submit, input, feed, or transmit any part of the Content to any third-party system or software, including artificial intelligence systems, large language models, generative-AI platforms, or machine-translation services, including for the training, fine-tuning, or evaluation of machine-learning models;

(d) use automated means — including scraping, crawling, or systematic extraction tools — to access, index, or copy the Content;

(e) circumvent any technical access control, rate limit, or security measure of the Service;

(f) remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice.

4. Trademarks

4.1 "Stella Nexus", "CMFAS E-Learning", and associated logos and brand features are trademarks or brand features of Stella Nexus Pte Ltd. Nothing in this Policy or on the Service grants you any right to use them without our prior written permission.

4.2 All third-party trademarks and logos appearing on the Service are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

5. Enforcement

5.1 Unauthorised use of the Content may constitute an infringement of copyright and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under the Copyright Act 2021 and, in the case of unauthorised access, modification, or extraction, the Computer Misuse Act 1993.

5.2 We reserve the right to pursue all available remedies, including injunctive relief and damages, and to suspend or terminate the account of any user found to be in breach, without refund.

6. Reporting Infringement

6.1 If you believe that content on the Service infringes your intellectual property rights, or you become aware of unauthorised use of our Content, please notify us by email at admin@stellanexus.sg with sufficient detail to identify the material and the alleged infringement.

6.2 We will review all good-faith reports and take appropriate action.
